Unlock your peak performance through Peak Preparation. With Peak Preparation you can mix and match from the services below to create a complete service that is right for you.

  1. Swimming, Cycling, Walking or Running Program
    Peak Preparation will write you an individualized program for your chosen sport, level and goals. The program will be written and emailed to you each fortnight depending on how training has progressed from the fortnight before. An individualised program with (blue: Peak) (green: Preparation) costs $50.00 per week.
  2. Swimming, Cycling, Walking or Running Specific Strength Program
    Peak Preparation will write you an individualized specific strength program for your chosen sport, level and goals. The program will be modified monthly depending on how your strength has progressed from the fortnight before. An individualised strength program with Peak Preparation costs $25.00 per week.
  3. 30min Weekly Skype Call
    Peak Preparation can call you every week to talk about your progress and discuss any questions you might have regarding the program. You can talk to your Sports Scientist about upcoming races, stretching, nutrition, hydration and recovery strategies to help you make the most of your training. A 30min Skype call with Peak Preparationcosts $50.00 per week.
  4. Training Load Monitoring
    Training Stress Balance (TSB) describes the cumulative amount of stress placed on an individual from a single training session or over a period of time. Monitoring of TSB ensures training load remains within a ‘safe’ zone and consequently whether or not their current training load is protective of injury. Training Load Monitoring with Peak Preparation costs $25.00 per week. This includes:
  • Taylor made training load graph for your chosen sport
  • Weekly PDF graph with in-built ‘safe’ zones
  • Weekly comments from a Sports Scientist to ensure your TSB is protective of injury
